Plugging Away!
Well, we didn’t get the snow day last week, but I survived Halloween week at school. I did eat one small Hershey Chocolate square, but I still lost four pounds this week! Wahoo, down 34 pounds! Lovin’ Keto!
Falling Behind
Yes, I know I am behind; I am behind on my work at school too. And to make matters worse, Wednesday is Halloween, every teachers nightmare. They come to school in their cute little costumes and expect that every class should party although admin has other ideas. Sigh….
Mountain Get Away
My weekend get away with my daughter was so much fun. We stayed two nights in Maysville, Colorado in a quaint cabin. The area was breathtaking, and to our delight autumn’s glorious display was spectacular.

Slow and Steady

After three months on Keto, I have lost 22 pounds! This past week I was thrown out of keto when I accidentally consumed some “hidden” carbs. Initially, I gained three pounds, and I was horrified.
