Well, nothing exciting to report this week: except, I don’t like the time change! Just pick one already!
Seems I have stalled again with the weight loss. Sometimes it can be frustrating, but I know that’s how keto works sometimes. At least I haven’t gained, right?
Well, I did make another recipe for a coffee creamer. I love my morning treat!
Caramel Chocolate Creamer
Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup of Torani’s Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
- 1/4 cup of Torani’s Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
Mix ingredients in a jar. Shake before using.
This time I also added Pure Keto MCT Oil into the creamer. I thought I would try this method since I bring my creamer to work. And I like it so much better! And that way I am getting my MCT oil in the morning, and I do not have to bring so many items to work.
