Well, we didn’t get the snow day last week, but I survived Halloween week at school. I did eat one small Hershey Chocolate square, but I still lost four pounds this week! Wahoo, down 34 pounds! Lovin’ Keto!
Although life has been busy, I have jumped into writing again. I participated in the October Poetry Writing Month Challenge. Now granted, I only wrote 19 days out of 32, but I was extremely busy. And it was a good start.
In addition, I have been trying to catch up with my family history blog, Tales of a Family.
This week, I also made a new creamer recipe, Salted Caramel Pumpkin Pie, one of my favorites. Here is the recipe:
- One and 1/2 cup of half and half or heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 up of Sugar Free Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup
- 1/4 cup of Sugar Free Torani Salted Caramel Syrup
Place ingredients in a jar and shake. Make sure to shake the jar before adding creamer to your coffee.
I am also looking forward to another mountain get away this month. The pups and I will work on some rest and relaxation. I will enjoy kicking back, writing and exploring. I will be heading back to Maysville, Colorado. Life is good!
