Two Months

After two months on keto, I am feeling great!  I am down 20 pounds, and my energy levels are amazing.  Since I am back to work, I have not been overly tired as I have in the past, and I ready for this new school year. 1

I haven’t been in the water for awhile since I hurt my back.  I need to make time and start swimming and doing water aerobics again.  But it looks as though I will have to wait for a while longer since I need to take my car into the shop.

Always something…lol…but I am also learning to take my days one at a time.  And I am grateful for his new lifestyle change.  Once my car is fixed, I am even looking at taking a weekend get–a-way.  This is something I haven’t planned for along time.  I believe it’s time for a mountain trip, especially since the aspens will soon begin their colorful display.

  1. Congrats! I have been loosing weight too and feeling so much better on the Keto diet. I think I even need to cut back on my metformin because my blood sugar has been low lately. Keep up the good work. I am loving the new life change too.

    1. Thank you. I am glad it’s working for you too. Diabetes runs in my family, and I am trying to keep it at bay. My daughter, brother and several other family members have type 1. My only regret is that I didn’t start this program sooner.
