Exercise in the morning before your brain figures out what you are doing.

I exercised this morning; I went for a run, haha, but not intentionally. And to be honest, it was more like a fast walk with some running in between. My little dog, Max escaped and refused to heed to my commands. I live in a rural area and too many rabbits caught his attention, and he could careless about the crazy woman chasing him. My neighbors on the other hand, laughed at our shenanigans, for he would start to come to his mama, and then poof, another rabbit appeared, and he was off once again. Finally, frustrated and slightly humiliated, I walked away mumbling about the “joys” of owning furbabies while reassuring myself, he would return home. As I started to enter the side door, I whistled one last time, and my silly Houdini magically appeared, ready to nap after his morning run. Laughing, I scooped up my wayward hound and reminded him that it was a good thing he was cute!
P.S. Melatonin is my friend! I had a great night’s sleep and woke up refreshed this morning! It helped prepare me for my morning run! Oh! No rabbits were harmed during our morning exercise routine!
Still lookin’ on the bright side!
