Balance is not something you find; it’s something you create.
Today has been another easy day, but for some reason, I have been hungry. Today, I busted out the pork rinds and chowed down almost half a bag! Wonder why I am so famished? Yesterday I had to force myself to eat. Well, from what I discovered, skipping meals and trouble sleeping can make you hungry. Today I will stay on track with eating. Shouldn’t be a problem since I’m starving! Okay…maybe not starving starving…but yesterday was easier. And, I ate all my meals and snacks…Im starting to see the light!
At the same time, my energy has escaped me. After researching I found I need to have consistent amounts of carbs, proteins, and fats. The Keto Calculator provided the amounts of carbs, proteins, and fats that I should maintain daily. And then I had an “oh duh” moment. One factor of fatigue is skipping your daily vitamins! Well tomorrow is a new day! I just have to remember to laugh at my foibles.
Since the energy was low today, I took it easy. I pampered myself and relaxed. Next week will be busy, so I hope tomorrow finds me energized!
