When I first began my keto journey, I thought my foo foo sweet coffee treats would be off limits, but I am happy to report, they are still alive and kickin’!
Yesterday, I had my first S’mores treat, and it was a perfect blend, and the best way to start my day! The recipe is simple, and I doubled it since I love my morning coffee.
1 OZ. (2 tablespoons) Torani Sugar Free S’mores Syrup
1 cup brewed coffee
1 Tablespoon of heavy whipped cream
I also add a tablespoon Of MCT Oil
In the future, I may add a dab of whipped cream!
8 oz coffee:
fat – 5
carbs – 2
protein – 0
sugar – less than 1
