Peppermint Chocolate Pudding

Oh my…another heavenly keto friendly dessert treat!  I love this way of eating!

Last night I was craving something chocolatey sweet, so I gathered some ingredients together to make a chocolate protein shake.  But I made a mistake, and it was wonderful because it turned into a creamy pudding instead!

Peppermint Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Pure Keto Chocolate Protein
  • About 2 Tablespoons of Jello Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding
  • 2 Tablespoons of Torani Sugar Free Peppermint Syrup

I used my little handheld Immersion mixer to blend all the ingredients.  Once that I realized I had goofed up the recipe and added too much vanilla pudding, I decided to just put it in the fridge for about ten minutes.  I was out of almond milk.  Taking it out of the fridge, I added some sugar free whipped topping!   OOh sinfully good!
