Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Shake

When I am craving something sweet, I enjoy a keto friendly Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Shake.  Because the recipe is zero carbs and low calorie, I am usually tempted to double the recipe.  However, this shake is so scrumptious and sweet that one serving tames the sweet tooth!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Shake

ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. (3 Tbsp) Torani Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Syrup
  • 1 scoop Perfect Keto chocolate protein powder
  • 3/4 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla pudding

Instructions:Add ingredients into a mason jar and and whisk/shake until blended together. Enjoy!

Optional:  May add  a dash of whipping cream on top!

 

On another note, I dropped another pound…down 18 pounds!
